Move Like a Jellyfish

Over Memorial Day weekend, I went down to Monterey, California and visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My favorite exhibit was the jellyfish. It's not hard to take some amazing shots of these sea creatures. This is also my first post in a LONG time.  I even forgot how to log in to my Wordpress account.  Pretty embarrassing.  I have thousands of photos and need to get to work on posting them!

Afternoon in Trafalgar Square

Last week, I spent the afternoon at the National Gallery and snapped some photos around Trafalgar Square.

South Kensington

I ventured into South Kensington today.  I visited one of my favorite museums, the Victoria & Albert (aka V&A).  I've been waiting for a long time for them to open the Italian casting room which includes castings of Verrocchio's, Donatello's, and Michaelangelo's statues of David - all in the same room!  I also wondered around the posh neighborhoods of South Kensington.  I've included pics of front doors to London flats, which I admit is completely cliche, but I took them anyways.

British Museum

Jerry and I went to the British Museum for an afternoon of culture. I love the museum's architecture.  Neo Classical meets today's modern build.  The glass ceiling is beautiful and lets so much light in even on a rainy London afternoon.  People watching is at it's prime in the Great Court.
